Tara is an NYC based actor, singer, & VO artist, a Chicago Native, and a dual-citizen of Ireland. (More importantly, a Gemini Sun, Taurus Moon, Capricorn Rising.)
She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch and continues her acting studies with Ellie Heyman and musical theater studies with Denis Lambert. Tara is also a member of The Story Pirates, performing live and voicing characters on their award-winning podcast.
Passionate about developing new work, Tara was most recently seen in Mauzy, a folktale with music directed by Rachel Sabo-Hedges and Gray Mud, a new play by Brie Leftwich, directed by Damayanti Wallace. This summer she is helping to develop two new plays through Frayed Knot Collective’s Eleusis Arts Festival. Stay tuned on her latest projects.
